What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the type of session and level of editing requested:
Standard Retouching
Final images are delivered within 2–3 business days.
Custom or Personalized Edits
Final images are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the edits.
Large Events (Weddings, Parties, Special Events, etc.)
Final galleries are delivered within 7–14 business days due to the volume of images captured.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Client Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in loss of retainer.
Client Cancellations
All cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. No exceptions.
Photographer Rescheduling
In the unlikely event the photographer must reschedule, your retainer will be transferred to a new date or refunded.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Clients are expected to arrive on time.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed
Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in session cancellation without refund
IMAGE STORAGE
Online galleries remain active for a limited time. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images before gallery expiration.

TRAVEL FEE POLICY
Sessions outside the photographer’s standard service area may require a travel fee.
Travel fees will be quoted prior to booking and must be paid in advance.
Rush Delivery Policy
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee and must be requested before or at the time of booking. Rush fees are non-refundable and subject to photographer availability. Turnaround times apply to edited images only and begin the next business day following the session.
Can I book a last-minute session?
Yes, but availability is limited. Last-minute bookings may incur a rush or priority fee. Last-minute sessions may not be booked through the website. Please get in touch with me directly.
Final Balance & Payment Policy
Remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
No images or galleries are released until full payment is received.
